Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and include any tags or labels.

Please note that hair products and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Before sending your item back, please email us at celure@gmail.com or call 456-765-433 to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and the return address.
  3. Prepare the Item: Please package the product securely to prevent any damage during return shipping. Include the original packing slip and your Return Authorization number in the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping a copy of the shipping receipt until we confirm receipt of your return.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at celure@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.

Final Sale Items

Please note that certain items, including hair products and accessories, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
